St. Louis-based alt-metal outfit Inimical Drive recently released their new single/music video, “Nothing New” (Stripped), the acoustic version of the track lifted from their latest EP, From Solitude.
At the same time, the band announced they will be hitting the road with OTEP on the Sermons of Fire tour, which begins in Sacramento on May 10.
Vocalist Joel Colby shares, “We are stoked to get out to so many new cities, return to the West Coast and connect in person with fans we’ve made over the years. OTEP was one of the first National acts that Inimical Drive opened for back in 2005, so that’s also incredible. Thanks to the fans for checking out our latest music video, and new EP and for making the time to check out our live shows.”
Renowned as the hardest-working metal/rock band in the St. Louis area, Inimical Drive is excited to combine their most successful EP to date with a tour alongside OTEP.
Inimical Drive is Rich Kriete (guitar, backing vocals), Zach Moiser (drums), Joel Colby (vocals), Nick Blackburn (guitar), and Daniel Winter (bass).
In January of this year, Inimical Drive performed a headlining set at the sold-out Inkcarcertation Fest with groups like Papa Roach, Korn, and Breaking Benjamin. The band has been featured in elite media outlets, including iHeartRadio, Revolver, and STL Post Dispatch.
