During our last encounter with “Bat Matt” (Matt DiRito – bassist for Pop Evil) on ShipRocked 2017, we saw and discussed Matt’s H.R. Giger tattoo (in progress) and talked about his new tattoo shop and art gallery, ‘Libertalia’, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He had just opened the shop with his friend and artist Scott MadLine.
About a year later we caught up with Matt again, this time in Dallas, Texas while touring in support of Pop Evil’s new self-titled album. Besides the new album, you can find out how Matt’s the H.R.
