There are seven chakras that all people have, and the goal is to align them. Whenever a chakra is misaligned or the pathway blocked, it can cause bad energy which can then domino into bad emotions, bad health, stunt spiritual growth, and more. In order, here are all the chakras and their significance:
Root Chakra
Located at the base of the spine; the tailbone. This is the root of our survival in physical form. Our issues and strength for survival come from this chakra.
Sacral Chakra
This is located in the lower abdomen. Our relationships, creativity, and sexuality derive from the sacral chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Located in the upper abdomen, or the solar plexus. Our issues with confidence and self-esteem are located here.
Heart Chakra
Just above the heart, this chakra holds our issues and strength that deal with love and inner well-being.
Throat Chakra
This is located at the throat and deals with our ability to communicate, not just in vocal form.
Third Eye Chakra
This chakra is located at the forehead between the eyes. Most common chakra represented in visual art, this chakra holds our intuition, wisdom, and decision making.
Crown Chakra
This chakra is located at the top fo the head. This is our connection to spirituality.
