I really want to cover this tattoo and I consulted many tattoo artists , and they all said that it is impossible to do so. It is a bit weird ti hear the same thing from many people , but in the same time, it I am sure that something could be done to cover it. As I don't have any ideas, If you have any idea pls don t hesitate to put it down
