Stephanie spends the time to get to know her customer to make sure what they are getting is actually what they truly want. If the design is not to their liking she will redo it without grumps and grumbles. She does things free hand by picture which is awesome, she can add and take away things people don't like, instead of sticking to a picture and saying "nope that's how it has to be."
