These are very visible places to get a tattoo and are not as common as other tattoos because it can effect one's career. Neck tattoos are also associated with facial tattoos as another very obvious and visible start. The face is the most visible part of the body and can incur lots of sun damage, so facial designs should be very well thought out before getting.
