Fredericksburg, Virginia-based singer-songwriter Wes Dean unveils his brand-new single/lyric video, “I Ran Away.”
Speaking to the song, Wes says, “‘I Ran Away’ is based upon a man who met the love of his life and fell hard for her, but the power of the love scared him into running away from her. Now, a wiser man, he owns up to his foolish mistake and begs her for another chance to love her.”
New on the music scene, Wes has been in the music business for less than nine months. Yet he’s already making big waves. TuneCore named him a ‘breakout artist’ after his first release, “Movin’ On,” which scored more than 100,000 views on YouTube, along with over 110,000 Spotify streams.
With eleven songs written, Wes is planning on recording a new song every four to six weeks.
