Pop Evil is one of those perpetually touring bands. We know this for a fact because over the past few years we’ve seen them virtually everywhere. They recently kicked off their 2017 Rock ‘n’ Roll Now Tour by putting on a show for the kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN and they’re currently on the road with supporting acts Badflower and Red Sun Rising.
Last month, we got to see them on the high seas aboard ShipRocked 2017. This was the perfect setting for us to catch up with bassist Matt DiRito about all things Pop Evil, his full back HR Giger tattoo (still in process), his new tattoo shop in Grand Rapids, MI, and Matt’s very own tattooing skills.
