Founded on March 27, 2013, Nancy Sayle, a well-known figure in the Hollywood Rock community, took her personal battle against MS public to help others in the best way she knew possible by creating ROCK AGAINST MS.
Part of the battle included hosting an annual benefit show at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, highlighted by Rock Star jams and bands playing the show(s). Since then notable rockers like Billy Idol, Lita Ford, and dozens of others have given their time and talents to support the cause.

On Thursday March 10, 2016, the Whisky hosted the 4th Annual ROCK AGAINST MS, highlighted by performances by Bass Greats Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big/The Winery Dogs/David Lee Roth) & Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot/Ozzy/Dio/Whitesnake).

dUg Pinnick (vocalist and bassist for Kings X), guitar hero Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake), Jack Russell’s Great White, and dozens more rock stars performed as well.

The emcee for the evening was comedian Craig Gass, best known for his work on the Howard Stern show.

The Mission of this non profit is as follows:
“ROCK AGAINST MS FOUNDATION will provide services from a three (3) grant resource system, which will provide daily care, quality of life needs and emergency funding, while assisting people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to live independent and full lives. Additionally, a brick and mortar facility we will call THE ROCK HOUSE is in the planning stages, and will provide free of charge, multiple programs and opportunities designed to heal the mind, body and spirit of all those whose lives have been affected by MS.”
