The Los Angeles based indie rock quartet known as King Shelter has released an infectious new single titled “Gholy Host.”
Otherwise referred to as “salad rock” King Shelter are a refreshing blend of crisp guitars, juicy vocals, crunchy rhythms, and filling bass lines. Fans of SWMRS and The Frights can easily indulge in the electro-charged poetry of the group’s unconventional yet tasteful lyrics. King Shelter thrives on their organic yet modern west coast vibe and is introducing that signature swagger to the rest of the world as they power through the early weeks of 2017.
The track, “Gholy Host,” presents a slightly gritty and smog-drenched energy capable of inducing some hip-gyration and a whole lot of tapping on the steering wheel during rush hour traffic.
Give “Gholy Host” a listen while you’re playing chicken on the 405 this afternoon. Cheers!
