“Madness”… that is all I can say about what went down at the House Of Blues in Dallas, TX when we caught up with Aaron Patrick, bassist of All That Remains. Madness (the band’s 8th studio album out now) was a huge part of what we wanted to know about, but we expanded the conversation to include tour life, eating clean, powerlifting, and Aaron’s beautiful tattoos.
Tour life and tattoos are part of 99% of our interviews, but our conversation with Aaron also revolved around eating clean and powerlifting. If you follow the band on social media, you will see lead singer Phil Labonte and Aaron do check-ins at the gym and again with what they are eating, on the road touring the world.
It is amazing how healthy and fit they are, especially while being on the road. This is a subject close to my heart, so I was stoked to hear the advice and adventure of not just the music and ink, but the journey of health. This band proves that you can be badass on stage, but also live the straight edge life, or as your mom would put it, the “good boy” next door.
So, for you music, ink, and foodie health fans, tune in now!
